When we talk of building an enduring grass roots event, we’re talking about growing a community atmosphere and enhancing our ability to educate and make for a better tomorrow - today. Here are some examples of what we can achieve with your support by playing and pledging for the HOPE Volleyball Tournament:

• Na-Me-Res – The impact of gifts enabled the Street Help Outreach Program to run on Saturday nights for 1 year. The outreach workers and drivers distributed food, blankets, clothing, hygienic items and other vital necessities to 250 clients through the GTA on Saturday evenings.
• JUMP - Our proceeds helped fund the hiring of 2 school trainers for the math tutoring program - which will expand their much needed program to 8 more schools.
• The Gatehouse - Donations continue to provide community response to child abuse and facilitate healing recovery and prevention.
• North York Harvest Food Bank - HOPE's donation offsets the costs associated with collecting, sorting and distributing, approximately one million pounds of food per year through 35 agencies and 44 food programs throughout Northern Toronto.
• Wellspring - Our support will help them to continue to provide emotional and psychological support, at no charge, to individuals and families living with cancer.
• Distress Centres of Toronto - Our funds provide round-the-clock confidential telephone assistance, emotional support, crisis intervention and suicide prevention to over 80,000 depressed, lonely and suicidal individuals in the GTA.
