Every year a group of dedicated volunteers come together to plan and organize the Annual HOPE Volleyball Tournament. The Planning Team swings into full speed early in the year to bring everything together in time for the tournament in June. The growing size and success of this event has meant increasing demands for more volunteers. Some of the Planning Team committees are active year round so it's never too late to join.

HOPE and its keystone event can grow in many ways, and by much more than just increasing the volleyball team count. The current team of dedicated volunteers and one part-time employee has accomplished very much, but needs help to grow much further. So, we are striving to expand our network in order to open more doors of opportunity. And you may hold the key to just the right door!

• Continue to grow the number of teams in the volleyball tournament
• Promote greater pledging
• Increase public awareness of HOPE and its keystone event

• Fine-tune the charity selection process and encourage greater charity involvement in events
• Recruit more volunteers and enhance the volunteer experience for all members
